Smart Face Shield is an Arduino-based wearable prototype for temperature scanning and monitoring. Development began in 2021 and the project was presented in 2022.

The prototype integrates sensing hardware directly into a face shield, exploring how a wearable safety device could provide temperature-monitoring capability.
Recognition
Smart Face Shield placed third in the CHEIn Reaction Robotics Category 2022 and second in the LIKHA Robotics Category at the Division Science and Technology Fair 2022.
